Bright and transparent ruby with garnet nuances. Elegant and deep on the nose, imbued with aromas of macerated cherries and blueberries, violet and lavender potpourri, medicinal herbs, hints of blond tobacco and sandalwood as well as licorice and vanilla. Velvety and inviting to the sip, it enters intense and coherent veering towards a tasty and citrusy length.

Aged in French oak tonneaux (50% in new wood; 50% in second-fill) for two years, then in the bottle for a further two years. On sale as per production protocol from 1 January of the fifth year after harvest
